Any data, whole or part, downloaded from, transmitted via, or received during the course of use of the website harmonicwaves.com, shall be for non-commercial enjoyment. All copyrights belong to the original artist member or their agent that is registered with harmonicwaves.com, excluding those listed in the terms of use (TOS).


Terms of Use
The uploading of files that you do not own the commercial rights to is strictly forbidden and will be assessed a fee of $1 million United States dollars per upload and per each subsequent illegal download.

Upon submission of any and all data, you hereby grant HarmonicWaves.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, license to use, cache, distribute online, and share your submissions via the HarmonicWaves.com website. Harmonic waves is intended to provide a medium that supports artists rights while still providing a feasible business model to support the growth and empowerment of independent artists and artists agents.

Harmonicwaves.com will not utilize your uploaded content beyond the distribution via Harmonicwaves.com without prior consent from you. Should your submission become popular enough to be sold by you, HarmonicWaves.com agrees to remove your submissions from the free section of the Harmonicwaves.com website. HarmonicWaves.com will retain the non-exclusive online right to distribute your submission via the HarmonicWaves.com website and will remit to you 20% of all net revenue derived from the act of users downloading your submission.

Harmonicwaves.com reserve the right at any time for any reason to terminate the service(s) provided to you or to the public at its sole discretion. No guarantee of service is made. You agree to hold harmless any and all persons associated directly or indirectly with this service.
