Profile Creation

What is a profile?
HarmonicWaves.com allows users to associate all uploaded files with a profile. With profiles, it is easy for a user to organize all related content within one sub-account. You can easily use profiles to separate content between multiple bands or projects, and the best part is HarmonicWaves.com allows you to create as many profiles as you want.

If you don't want to deal with creating multiple profiles, you're in luck! HarmonicWaves.com creates a default profile for you automatically when you register.

1. Click the Create Profile link to open the profile creation form. (You will only see this option if you are registered and logged in.)
2. Complete required fields marked with a "*".
3. You can also complete any of the following optional fields
   1. Custom Genre: You don't have to feel pidgeon-holed. Complete this field to define your profile's own genre.
   2. Website URL: Complete this field if you want to share your personal website with your listeners.
   3. Image URL: Insert a URL to an image hosted on the Internet into this field if you would like to have a custom avatar for this profile.
   4. Biography/Description: This is your space to tell your listeners a little bit about this profile.
4. Click "Create Profile" to create your profile.
5. Your profile has now been created. You may now upload files to HarmonicWaves.com under this profile.
